Welcome to Mam’Ghee – where tradition meets wellness in every golden jar!

It all began in 2023, when we dove headfirst into the timeless teachings of Ayurveda. Wow, did we discover something far out – the cosmic power of ghee! From healing the body to nourishing the spirit, ghee had us hooked from the get-go. Before we knew it, we were whipping up batches of this liquid gold every darn day – a true household staple, baby!

Now, in India, ghee’s like a sacred elixir, passed down through the ages in secret family recipes. Our ancestral wisdom finds its roots in the cherished recipes of our mamgu (pronounced mam-geee) – our grandmothers. So, we put two and two together! Mam’Ghee isn’t just a product; it’s a legacy, a wellness groove to pass on to our little ones and their little ones after them.

Driven by our desire to share the gift of ghee with our community, we embarked on a mission. So, from our funky kitchen, Mam’Ghee burst onto the scene – made with organic, pasture-raised Welsh butter and a whole lotta cariad (love), baby! Our mission? To blend the vibes, wisdom & traditions of India into the fabric of Welsh heritage, creating a tasty tradition that’ll outlast the ages.
